        Jim has changed my life. I had very painful Plantar fasciitis and had been suffering for many years but within a few months of treatment and advice on exercise I felt a real improvement and now have been discharged from the treatment as I feel fully fit. I can walk for miles where as before I couldnt even walk my little Yorkie around the block. Thank you Active Step and of course Jim.
