        Highly recommended. Our first claim and it was dealt with quickly and professionally. Claim process is easy to follow and the approval very quick (after a justifiable clarification). Jeremy was always responsive and professional. Thanks for your great service!

        Very disappointed with my experience from a well established firm who I have used for several boats over the years. Having the unfortunate task of claiming for the first time after being hit by a third party, the lack of support, empathy and rudeness of staff at the Liverpool office left me speechless to say the least. I had a better response form the third parties insurers! Although I must give credit to Karen at the GJW swanwick office, who does go above and beyond to help and offer a top level of service that you would expect from any customer facing provider. Her professionalism certainly didn't go unnoticed. Certainly will avoid for future reference.
