Ive been using these guys for years and Intend to continue. At first I went through various freight agents but ocean were consistently the better prices and most definitely the better service. They always answer the phone and get back to in a timely fashion. All the staff there are fantastic. I deal with james mainly and he is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and Judy plain friendly! Great company

I have carried out two shipments with Ocean International, one air (this month) and one sea (near the start of the year). The quotes offered were both very reasonable and competitive, especially considering the current shipping climate! There were no hidden fees added and the quoted prices were honoured when it came to final payment. Great communication, and a truly knowledgeable and helpful team (had contact with about 5/6 staff members in total). Despite Covid and Brexit related shipping issues, they have done a phenomenal job, allaying my concerns and dealing with my frustrations very patiently and professionally. Prior to dealing with Ocean International my business had a horrendous experience with another logistics/ freight company and I was dreading going through the process of organising freight again. Ocean International has restored my faith in the process by providing such a positive and pain-free experience. Ocean International will without a doubt be my first port of call if my company needs freight logistics again in the future. I could not be happier, and highly recommend them to everyone.
