Unbeatable service from Ed, my husband called for help with a rear mech issue in the afternoon and by 7pm that evening the issue was stripped, fixed and re-built. Eds knowledge and advise is second to none and he wouldnt trust anyone else with his road and hybrid bikes.

Unreliable. He said he would help me with my puncture but then lets me down 2 days later. He wanted to add 10 to the bill too because it's an electric bike. Seems a bit steep for unplugging the cable to the motor and plugging it back in again. Maybe he didn't want to do the job and was trying to put me off? If true, I wish he had just been honest with me from the beginning.

The service Ed has provided is unrivalled in my experience of mechanics. I reached out on a Sunday as I found a fault with my bike, and despite being closed Ed acknowledged my text. I am undertaking a sponsored event on Thursday and needed an urgent repair. Ed collected my bike on Monday and returned it Tuesday afternoon fully fixed. His fee was extremely competitive too! I cannot rate his services any higher. Thank you Ed.

I'd recommend using Ed's bike repairs. The pick up bike option was really handy for me as I have a small car. Communication was great; I knew when and how much it'd cost for the repair after an initial inspection.
