Very professional and Reliable Mark of MT Planning did our drawing and planning application for our garage conversion. We were unsure of what to expect but Mark did not disappoint. His professionalism is evident in all the work he did. Very flexible and would work with us explaining the council's decisions and implications all the way. I contacted Mark in regards to obtaining planning permission in a conservation area. Mark got to work straight away and worked very closely with myself and the council to come up with a plan that we were all happy with. Mark was very professional throughout the whole process, explaining technical points in straightforward language. Would highly recommend.

After a failed application for retrospective planning permission following issues raised by the Parish Council I was desperate to get planning granted as access to my garden and garage depended on it. I contacted Mark who came out promptly. He assured me Id have no problem and We agreed a price which would be split into 3 payments (25%/50%/25%). The final 25% to be payable only on receipt of the planning consent. The council were their usual uncooperative selves and it was due to Marks dogged determination and constant chasing that we eventually got the full permission granted and I could breath again. Mark also undertook to apply for building regs on my behalf at no extra cost. Mark is an honest hardworking professional and I feel confidenti recommending him for any architectural or planning work.
