Hands to Heal Reflexology with Sarah-Louise

I was apprehensive about receiving a reflexology treatment at first as I'm not a fan of feet. But I can honestly say I've been converted! Sarah performed a NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody treatment to help balance my hormonal and physical state, as a new mum this was something that was greatly needed. Sarah was very professional and is passionate about providing people with the best experience. The whole process was very relaxing, I'd definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a little balance.

I've received many NEPIP reflexology treatments from Sarah, and it has very much helped with reducing the frequency and severity of my migraines, aswell as hormonal balance. Sarah is a calm and intuitive practitioner with a natural gift for reflexology. I'll be booking in regularly.

I am a complete newby to the reflexology scene but Sarah put me at complete ease as soon as I walked through the door. As this was my first session she completed a thorough background questionnaire with me and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I may have. I went to Sarah primarily about my plantar facitis that I had been suffering with for ages but she zoned in on other areas during my treatment too. For example at the end of the session she said she had worked on my brain as it was very busy, this is very true lol, after my session I went straight home and attempted to log onto my work PC, I genuinely could not remember my password lol. My husband also commented on how relaxed and grounded I looked when I got home too. I also had the best nights sleep that night too, definitely much needed sleep I can tell you . During my session I felt totally relaxed and calm. I am looking forward to my next session and would highly recommend Sarah's healing hands. Thanks Kate x

I had such a wonderful reflexology session with Sarah. Im new to reflexology but Sarah explained the whole process and how it helps the body. Being 9 months pregnant Sarah ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole process and was completely adaptable when I needed to change positions. The session itself was soothing and very relaxing. Having lots of aches and pains Sarah was able to target these key areas and also help relax me. I cant wait to have a peaceful sleep tonight!!! Highly recommend!!! Will definitely be back!

I approached Sarah for a consultation due to pain within my feet, being new to the idea of reflexology I wasnt sure what to expect but I can honestly say I felt in great hands! Sarah was compassionate and listened to my symptoms before explaining the concept of clinical reflexology, following my treatment, I felt lighter, soothed and upon Sarahs recommendations started to follow her suggestions and have really started to feel and see the benefits of regular reflexology appointments with her. I cannot recommend Hands to Heal reflexology enough and I look forward to my future appointments! Thank you Sarah very much, see you soon!
