Bad attitude from workers, ignore the positive reviews because I can guarantee they are fake. Ive never seen such arrogance and disrespect from a trader ever. You are taking a big risk with this company

Just had a driver mate in Loughborough , come out the hgv while reversing and being extremely rude and aggressive in order for me to move, while my 4 year daughter was in the car. I explained to him that I couldn't get past that he had to move slightly foward for me to pull over and give him way. Started swearing and being aggressive and telling me he can't drive and his not driving, for me to move because I shouldn't of entered the road if if I saw him. Once again swearing and telling me it's my problem that he had all day and wasn't moving. Has a hgv and bus driver I can tell you not only didnt know how to drive, he had no manners and he has no knowledge of the road laws. The driver then came out and was polite, I explained to him that I had no problem in moving and I didnt want to cause him issues. That I was on his side but I wasn't going to be talked to like that by his colleague. It won't take long before this company and this guy have issues if he comes out the vehicle to threat and swear at random people.

Had a rubber flat roof fitted to replace old felt and chippings. From start to finish they were wholly professional, tidy, helpful and chatty. Pleasure to make their acquaintance. Have invited them back to replace my now ageing double glazed upvc windows. Thanks guys.
