I highly recommend Colin as a Mortgage Broker, I used him to help with the purchase of an investment property that required a mortgage for Service Accommodation. It wasnt a straight forward process, Colins guidance and advice was indispensable and I found him to be very knowledgeable and proactive. Colin is a mortgage broker and a property investor. This gives him a unique perspective when advising on property investment and mortgage related issues. He is an expert in his field. We recently completed a complicated remortgage case and despite the turmoil with the mortgage rates Colin was able to navigate the process for us successfully.

Colin has exceptional knowledge of the property market and with his experience has taught me a lot about way to analyse deals, things to consider when looking for an investment property, different legislative acts that are helpful or hindering and so much more. He's been incredibly patient and has been a source of great moral support on this journey. I have solicited Colin's life insurance services and he has been incredibly thorough with with searches, honest and frank in the advice he has given but never in an abrupt manner. It has always been handled with care and sensitivity.
