Recently needed to contact 3M to repair my Peltor headset. I can honestly say I have never received customer service like this!!! After contacting the helpline I requested a call back from 3M who put me in contact with the repair center at Runcorn within an hour of the phone call ending. I spoke with 2 diffrent gentlemen during the email chain both of whom were really helpful and informative. When we had established that they couldn't offer support remotely the process for sending the headset in was established and as I live relatively close to the service center they were happy for me to drop the headset off. After a very short 24 hrs I've had my headset back (collection) fully operational with a detailed explanation what was wrong and what has been done to repair. The staff have been amazingly flexible kind and informative. I'm so grateful for their support and help.
