AVOID AVOID AVOID Placed an order for a in stock item, and paid for 48hr delivery. 3 weeks later still no item. Sent 2 messages on the messenger on website with no reply. Then sent an email to which got a reply saying a colleague will look into it, waited another week with no update. Sent another email requesting a refund. Finally got a reply saying its been lost in the post and I can have a different item or a refund. Have requested a refund no reply as of yet. Wont be using MyTriathlon again in a hurry, I know stuff can go missing in the post occasionally but customer service seems very poor. Update end of January STILL NO RESPONSE OR REFUND

I bought a dry robe that was too big so tried to exchange it for a smaller one. It cost me 11 to return it at my cost which is fine but then MyTriathlon wanted to charge me the difference of the original price I paid compared to the new price. (I work in retail and we do not charge a customer more money to exchange goods because we put the price up) This would have made it more expensive than buying it from elsewhere so not only am I out of pocket, I am also now going to have to purchase again but from a small independent retailer where the customer service is a little more on the caring side. I would like to add that the service was not bad from the gentlemen I spoke to but there was no interest to do the right thing for the customer. For the sake of 26, they have lost me as a customer both now and in the future.
