I have never dealt with a company more Incompetent than Diareyes.

Very unprofessional, the engineers don't know what they are doing. My vehicle tracker company chose to use them, and there are multiple occasions when they mistakenly immobilised my car engine due to human error where they connect the wrong cable. Countless times the company cancel maintenance appointment at last minute with COVID excuses. Never trust them! Avoid at all cost if you can!

Had to have them as the insurance company chose them and though it was arranged with Diareyes they sent a different company called safe sound. They put the black box behind the stereo console which I didnt have a problem with until I came back to the car to find that they drilled a hole in the side of it and ill fitted the trim back damaging it in the process. Staff was friendly but didnt wear a mask and the job done was of poor quality. I dont expect to have my car damaged during a blackbox fitting.

Absolutely awful people, extremely rude and lacking in empathy. They called to arrange a black box to be fitted within the 14 day period required and offered one date of the 14 days. The only day I couldnt do and then was informed that if I didnt make alternative arrangements for my hospital appointment or leave the car at home and use the bus I wouldnt be insured. How on earth can it be acceptable for them to offer 1 date out of 14 and Im available for the other 13 days and yet be told its my responsibility. The female with whom I spoke to was just arrogant and clearly very young with absolutely no idea of how to speak to people. This company goes hand in hand with Wise driving insurance who are just as incapable of listening and understanding. Both dreadful AVOID BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES WHERE POSSIBLE!!
