It's ok. After seeing the sales counter they give you a slip to take to the yard person. They don't call them foe you, you have to go find them. It's a large place and you can be walking around for ages getting wierd looks off other workers. I'd say it's very self service.

Very unprofessional: delivery was a day late, cutting was 2-3 mm shorter with many split edges. Never again!

Great company to deal with . Very good prices and went out of there way to deliver when we need something urgently. I've used them for 5 years with no complaints.

Found this company very unhelpful when trying to get prices for roofing joists regarding an extension. Was dealing with a guy called Elliot who seemed enthusiastic at first but then just continued to make out he wasn't available for what ever reason. If the company is not interested in the work then just say & don't waste peoples time.
