Neale and his team did a lovely job replacing my boiler earlier this year. I was given various options of make and size of boiler to choose from which were all reasonably priced. It was all done in a day, fitted in the same cupboard and no mess was left behind. Highly recommended.

If this companies work is anything like their shocking aggressive driving then I would stay clear!!! (replying to disappointing reply). It is very disappointing/shocking to hear your reply. If you had just apologised and kept the customer service at the forefront of your business I would have considered removing it. The public are potential customers and it's important to respect everyone especially road users. The fact that you have considered this trash just shows me what your really about instead of taking responsibility for what happened. The driver was agressive and did not just cut me up but other road users, obviously in a rush to get home. Being professional doesn't just stop when you leave a job. You say you have worked hard for 5 yrs to build up a reputation and if your reply is anything to go by I doubt that very much. I'll let the public decide on this and hopefully they don't have the unpleasant experience of driving anywhere near your drivers......
