        My boyfriend and I bought our first house recently and Kennedy & Co were the estates agents promoting the property. When we went to view the house, we instantly fell in love and put in an offer a few days later. My boyfriend and I had never bought a house or gone through the process before and all the staff at Kennedy & Co were so helpful and patient with us. They provided us with clear information, took the time to explain things and understood when our solicitor was taking some time to respond. We asked for a second viewing over a weekend as we both work fulltime and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Kennedy & Co were brilliant at acting as a go-between for the sellers and ourselves and we were generally thrilled with the service! Thank you to everyone at Kennedy & Co for helping us purchase our dream first home!
