        Went to Royston showroom, but were completely ignored, so we went to the Sandy showroom, though smaller than Royston, the girls were really helpful

        Tried to purchase some extra parts for a recently ordered kitchen. They were really difficult and offered No assistance at all.....We had to go back to branch where it was ordered and where our account is Bedford Elm Park (who are brilliant, quick and courteous). I thought any branch could be used by an account holder?
