Feels more like a prison than housing doors slamming all night people smoking cannabis in the car park the whole place is shabby and being here has exacerbated my depression massively. Grant the Accommodation Services Officer is severely lacking in empathy and is rude when he speaks to people ....he really should not be in a position where he has any contact with the public especially vulnerable people such as the "inmates" here. Jamie the other Accommodation Services Officer is lovely though although he needs to be here more....maybe put him here full time and put Grant over in the offices in Dunstable. The security staff are all really friendly and approachable and the cleaners are cool too ....

Poor manager located here. Very rude. Aggressive and for people who are literally homeless .... he needs empathy. In comparison to other accommodation officers he is not welcoming or helpful.
