I own a flat which has a private car park for residents only. We the residents pay a considerable amount to our management company for the maintenance of this car park. Since November 2021 one of the company vans belonging to J Ffrench Plant Hire Ltd registration number LM20 KMA has parked in our car park on a daily basis I dont know when he actually works as the van seems to be parked all day every day the male who drives this van does not live in any of the flats. I spoke to the company who were very polite and assured me they would make sure that he stopped parking there eleven months later hes still parking there.

After being dangerously cut up by the lovely Irishman in the LT reg pick up, I put my window down expecting an apology but was just goaded with "Did you see my indicator?". Not cool after almost being forced into another lane occupied by an oncoming truck. JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE INDICATING DOES NOT GIVE YOU RIGHT OF WAY. CHECK YOUR MIRRORS AND DRIVE SAFELY. I cannot recommend Ffrench if they put dangerous drivers on the road in big trucks. I can also only imagine what it's like to deal with these guys if something goes wrong if all they do is blame the other party!
