    Iron Horse came round and fixed a boiler under an insurance policy, taking about an hour to clear the condensate outlet. Now 5 days later the same fault has reoccurred, and the company is washing their hands of it, stating that they don't repair blockages. Appalling service.

    I have to say, initially I was very sceptical about having a service carried out by this company because of the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Mounir turned up on my doorstep. He promptly removed his shoes, entered with appropriate PPE, and asked me empathetically, about my concerns. I found him to be professional, calm, thorough, patient and knowledgeable. His genuine manner immediately put me at ease and he involved me during the servicing process, where applicable. My boiler was serviced and all my rads checked. He even checked my gas meter outside and when he could not locate a cable, asked to check my garage, where I was assured it had been located. To culminate, he asked me if I was happy with the service. I am extremely happy with the service carried out by Mounir and would not hesitate to recommend this company because of the professional, authentic experience I received.

    The engineer arrived today to service my boiler, he was here less than 15 mins and the included getting up and down from the loft. No way did he service the boiler, what a rip off. He took advantage of my wife and grandson being on their own and that they would not question him about the length of time taken. I have evidence on video through my Ring doo bell and will be taking it up with the company that sent them. Do not use these people as they are dishonest.

    If engineers from this company arrive as part of your heating or boiler service contract may I suggest you do not let them in. The first engineer was with us for less than 5 minutes and didnt even look inside the boiler. He ordered a part because of the fault code . The next week another engineer came and told us that wasnt the problem again without opening the boiler. He told us We needed a power flush and filter fitted, not covered by our contract. We paid 1200 for this and then when a competent engineer came to do this he took one look at the boiler and realised the problem was caused by a leak. We had paid out 1200 for nothing..Despite writing to this company with a full report and photographs of the state of the boiler they have never satisfactorily answered any of our questions and just hide behind the fact they are merely contractors. Now in the process of reporting them to their regulatory body.

    We had misfortune to have come across this company through our boiler breakdown provider. The provider used Iron Horse Ltd as their sub contractors to send them to our property to carry out annual service on our perfectly working boiler. Sadly after the visit the boiler packed up on the same day.. They were sent back to rectify the fault, but instead of repairing the fault, went on to blamed other part of the heating system and left. we had to get an independant gas company to get a second opinion , needless to say the report pointed to poor workmanship on Iron Horse Ltd on servicing the boiler, boiler was then repaired but not by Iron Horse Ltd as we had lost confidence in the company.Report also concluded other part of heating system to be in good working order. . When Iron Horse Ltd were sent these report by post and an email they have yet to response.( date sent - 4th March 2020) So to conclude, Iron Horse Ltd, provide poor service to their clients,
