Ordered a keyring for my car keys, as Ive just bought my first car. Not only is the keyring amazing, but they went above and beyond and sent me a little extra on the house. Excellent communication and fast delivery for accessories. I couldnt be happier with what I received both product and service wise. I bought a beautiful Audi A1 from so pretty limited and my experience with them from start to finish was exceptional. Not only is the garage itself vibrant fun and warming, Lawrence was very welcoming and friendly. A real genuine car sales man with no pressure and full transparency. He worked really closely to ensure that my car was finished to the spec it deserved but also tailored to my own personal preference. Contact during the purchase was fast and reliable and I felt confident throughout. I was also given a lovely key ring, teddy air freshener and fill up of the tank as added extras that really shows they go that extra mile. A real unique experience and I couldnt be happier. Today I drove away in my dream car.. After seeing an advert on auto trader for an Audi A1 that really stood out from the others I contacted the garage So Pretty The communication and customer service (even though they were away on holiday) was outstanding. I cannot recommend this garage enough. Laurence is absolutely amazing and made the experience of buying my very first car a pleasant and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Its obvious he is passionate about his business and that it is family run, the care and effort he takes and the quality of the cars really stands out. We felt very welcome and didnt feel pressured to make a decision and the consideration he showed us as customers made us confident and reassured. I am so happy to have purchased my first car from Laurence and I cant thank him enough. Im over the moon with my dream car.
