I have no hesitation in recommending B-Therm. Bruno arrived promptly, did an excellent job of fitting a Hive thermostat and carefully explained how it should be used.

Had Bruno install our new system boiler last year and his knowledge is great and he works with you to find a boiler that suits your needs and budget, just had a service from him and a email confirmation of the report. Will continue using Bruno and his services going forward.

Excellent, installed new boiler days before Christmas 2 years ago and worked beyond the call of duty to finish installation . Now coming to service our boiler regularly, always punctual, excellent workmanship and most of all polite and friendly, explaining settings and how to adjust temperature. Can recommend Bruno highly Bruno came for the yearly boiler service. Cannot but praise his work ethics, clean, professional, punctual and always helpful. 5 Star, recommend highly

Throughout the years with Homeserve or British Gas, I was let down by their conveyor approach, led and limited by rushed allocated time on the job, as opposed to fixing the issue timely and properly. Well Bruno at B-Therm does just that. His high work ethic is based on a genuine customer care, that goes beyond just servicing or fixing boilers. In my case, when Bruno discovered that my old boiler was leaking gas, he took immediate steps to secure, and advise me of a few options to go forward with. Bruno is an experienced old-school engineer, having a deep knowledge of how complimentary systems in the house interconnect and work with each other, and was able to advise pros, cons and anticipate pressure points with every option he suggested. Trustworthy, with high integrity and committed to always deliver quality work, I cannot recommended B-Therm high enough. I certainly wont be looking at any other commercial solutions any time soon.
