Don't ever answer the phone, so we could not confirm opening hours to ensure prescription was picked up... Time stated 18.00 closing but they were shut with sign on door saying they close at 17.30.

I would like to wish everyone in Boots Sandwich a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I am extremely grateful and appreciative for the hard work, professionalism and dedication that everyone continues to show in these arduous times. A special thank you to Laura who has gone beyond her remit to help me. Many thanks to Debbie, Shelley and the pharmacists. Everyone is always helpful, extremely friendly and polite. This happens regardless of some people having the audacity and ignorance to be verbally abusive and rude to them. These people are an embarrassment to themselves and an insult to these remarkable, amazing "key workers"who are risking their own health and lives to help them. I have a huge monthly prescription, if some of my medication is not available one day, someone is kind enough to order it and it arrives the next day. I think the system is marvelous and works like clockwork. I have and will continue to rate Boots Sandwich as 5 star on all social media platforms and will recommend to family friends and colleagues. Thank you to everyone.

Always chaos, always poor customer service. I live in Sandwich (and Boots have a monopolistic position in Sandwich) but I have now changed my nominated Pharmacy to a Pharmacy in Deal which is a drive but, at least they have staff that are customer focussed !
