        I question the training and experience of staff in supporting and understanding the various types / forms of dementia to be able to treat the Service Users as individuals - meeting their needs via activities, etc... Day centre a room upstairs accessible by lift and stairs (No stair gate noted to safe guard service users who walk with a purpose (wander)). Everything in the room appears staged and precise... staff not actually friendly - I often leave feeling judged...
