Lovely family business and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They have a no pressure sales approach which is quite refreshing these days! I'd highly recommend Malcolm Waite to anyone.

Purchased a Seat Ibiza through this dealership, had the pleasure of dealing with the managing director Nick who is a great guy, not pushy, we worked out how much I wanted to pay and how much deposit I wanted to put in, after I said the deposit was a little higher than I wanted to pay he switched some things around and got me a price I was happy with, since then he's been keeping me up to date with what's going on with the car, even though all the money has already gone through to him and his job is essentially done, his customer service has not changed, top bloke and will 100% be using them again in the future for my next car purchases 10/10

I was searching for a pre-loved Mercedes with particular specifications when I happened upon this friendly family run business with the exact model I was after. I had other choices from around the country to also look at, a few of which I saw. I then went to Malcolm Waite in Sandwich in Kent. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and took out the car for a test drive with Mr Waite. After our drive I purchased it and took collection of it the following week. It had a very good valeting before collection to such a good standard that I will consider the drive back there when it next requires a good cleaning. I will look at their vehicles next time I am in the market for something special because the whole experience was great.

Excellent service and a seamless experience, the car was delivered, all the paperwork done with clear guidance on what to do next. So easy and the car was exactly as promised.
