Absolutely shocking company, my husband took a gun to them in January 2022 for auction in March 2022 it didn't appear in their catalogue for March's sale, on contacting them he was told that it had been missed off the sale list and would be entered into July 22 auction, July came and went, no sign of gun or contact from them so again my husband contacted them to be told it had been missed off the sales list and would be entered into November's sale, when the catalogue for November's sale was released the gun was still missing from the sales list, we contacted Alex Courtney of Holts and was fobbed off once again, at this point we are concerned that they've lost the gun! At this point we contacted our local firearms department who contacted Norfolk firearms department who spoke to my husband, low and behold the gun miraculously appeared on the catalogue for December's sale, at no point did Holts or Alex Courtney contact us, even after the gun was sold, we have had to contact them to even find out if it had been sold, having confirmed it had sold we were told we would receive an email confirming this, we are still waiting for the email!! If l could give this company 0 stars l would. Absolutely shocking company

I don't recognise the negative experiences described by other people at all, the service Holts offers is definitely one of the best a firearms related auctioneer could offer.
