This is an attractive station that is well maintained and serves many needs for passengers. We could not see any station staff which would have provided both reassurance and a useful source of information. We needed step free access and it was not at all clear how to get from one platform to the other without using the underpass that had steps. We did not use it but the cafe looked attractive.
