The Wight Holiday Company

It took over a week to confirm my (fully paid upfront) booking after repeatedly asking for confirmation. In contrast, it took mere minutes for them to say my booking was fully non-refundable when I needed to cancel due to a family emergency, with 2 weeks notice. No effort was made to try and recover any part of the cost (for example by re-advertising at a discount) until I pressed really hard, by which time it was too late to realistically expect any interest. Basically happy to short change us out of more than 700 while keeping the property vacant. I am just one disgruntled customer among others apparently satisfied, but I wouldn't recommend booking with this agent if you anticipate needing any flexibility or help.

Just returned from a week family holiday at 3 Hilton Terrace in Gurnard, through the Wight holiday company. The booking process was easy, communication prior to our holiday was very good, Sara answered any questions we had very quickly. The accommodation was perfect, fantastic location, very clean and well maintained. Upon arrival the added gesture of coffee, tea, sugar and milk in the fridge was very welcome and a pleasant surprise. I would recommend the Wight holiday company to anyone and 3 Hilton Terrace is a little gem of a property. Will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you.
