        This Post Office has now got into a habit of refusing to accept international parcels because they allegedly can't be bothered to input the customs info into the computers as it takes more time to do it. It is worth noting that they are supposed to accept them as it is written into their contractual obligations with Royal Mail. They can't just pick and choose what transactions they want to do.

        Every time over the past 4 years whilst we have lived in Shanklin & visited here it has always been closed after 5pm because the shop staff are too lazy to do anything at night other than sit on their backsides looking at their mobile phones, yet it states it should be open till 10pm
