        Really friendly and informative, used for a suspected blockage but he detected another issue that needed a tanker. He called someone for me and organised the whole thing, full of advice and didn't even charge me! Would recommend to everyone and will not hesitate to use again in the future!

        Paul came out promptly, diagnosed that the issue hadn't been rectified by another company we had previously had out. He got this resolved within 5 minutes and didn't charge us for his time. A very knowledgeable, kind man, would highly recommend
