Where do I start? Lola is awful. A moody moo. Sort it out! The waiting times are atrocious. Rude staff. Overall, a depressing place to deal with. Update: 21/02/23 - been waiting nearly an hour for a repeat prescription. Disgusting wait times.

Having only just moved to the isle of wight I had to get my medication ( my first perception ) it had been delayed from the surgery. But Lilly went above and beyond to get my medication that day. Great job well done
