        My dog went to k9 Cutz for over eight years out of the blue received a phone call saying they couldn't cut his hair anymore they never gave any reason they just left him high and dry in the middle of a pandemic when it's hard to get your dogs haircut, all I can say it is no way to treat your loyal customers especially when they've been loyal to you.
