        Spotless, refurbished, friendly staff. Wide choice of good homemade food. New kettle, plenty of coffee etc in compact single room. Cosy, warm, tv and extra blankets in wardrobe. All this for a very reasonable price. Friendly bar and evening entertainment, possibly because we were a coach trip, created a lovely environment. Noteworthy details: I could easily recommend this hotel for its good value, cleanliness and friendliness.

        After reading some bad reviews we nearly cancelled. So pleased we didn't. Our room was very clean, so was the shower room. The shower was very good. The food was excellent. Good choice for breakfast. The evening meal was exceptional. The room was clean as was the shower room. Shower very powerful. Beds comfy. Food & drinks: Excellent
