    I booked a family holiday with these chaps. On their website, I selected from the options the number of adults and number of children. The website required pre-payment so I paid. Immediately I received an email that my booking is cancelled. Then the lady called to explain that they don't accept children at the hotel, talking in a tone as if it was somehow my fault that their site let me book for children. She said I'll be refunded. That was two weeks ago. I still haven't got my money back. Big thumbs down.
