We found this place after having a bad experience with an extremely rude manager at the plough round the corner. This place is everything we hoped for Friendly staff thelat go above and beyond to make you welcome. Nice atmosphere and a beautiful garden. The food was amazing. I didn't think I would find a better seafood platter then the pilot boat in Bembridge but this place takes the trophy. I will definitely be coming back for more.9f there delightful food. A massive thanks to all the staff for making us most welcome.

(Translated by Google) This is the second time we have chosen the Carlton Hotel as our accommodation during our time on the Isle of Wight. The contact in advance by phone and e-mail went smoothly. The property offers significantly discounted tickets for the Wight Link ferry which we took advantage of. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the property. Anne and Bob are very friendly and personable hosts. The rooms are stylishly furnished and we found our rooms clean. We especially recommend the rooms with balcony and sea view on the first floor. The breakfast is sensational and freshly prepared (full English breakfast). At noon and in the afternoon there is the possibility for lunch and coffee on the accommodation's sun deck. From there you have a magnificent view of the garden of the property and the sea. In addition, Anne and Bob's team is always willing to help and has very good recommendations for dinner and other activities. The location of the accommodation is ideal, you can walk to the beach in a few minutes and the esplanade is ideal for a jog. All in all, we were able to spend a relaxing time and can emphatically recommend the accommodation. (Original) Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir das Carlton Hotel als Unterkunft whrend unserer Zeit auf der Isle of Wight gewhlt. Die Kontaktaufnahme im Vorfeld per Telefon und E-Mail verlief einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft bietet deutlich vergnstigte Tickets fr die Wight-Link-Fhre an, die wir in Anspruch genommen haben. Parkpltze befinden sich direkt vor der Unterkunft. Anne und Bob sind sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und wir haben unsere Zimmer sauber vorgefunden. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick im ersten Obergeschoss. Das Frhstck ist sensationell und wird frisch zubereitet (Full-English-Breakfast). Mittags und nachmittags besteht die Mglichkeit zum Mittagessen und Kaffee auf dem Sonnendeck der Unterkunft. Von dort aus hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf den Garten der Unterkunft und auf das Meer. Darber hinaus ist das Team um Anne und Bob jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat sehr gute Empfehlungen zum Abendessen und fr weitere Aktivitten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, man ist in wenigen Fuminuten am Stand und die Esplanade eignet sich ideal fr eine Laufrunde. Insgesamt haben wir eine erholsame Zeit verbringen knnen und knnen die Unterkunft mit Nachdruck weiterempfehlen.
