i stayed here for a school trip in year 6. it was really good! i loved the food at the hotel and i really enjoyed the party on the last day. the only thing i didnt really enjoy, is that i stayed in room 18 and it was quite small. we didnt really know how to use the tv, and we found some drawings on the wall. other then that, i loved it! i really recommend you staying at this place if you are looking for a hotel in the isle of wright

Having a wonderful stay at the Friends hotel on the beautiful Isle of Wight. The staff are attententive and welcoming. Our room was clean and well kept if a little dated. There is a bar with regular entertainment with outside sitting space which is private. The food was good and asked a vegetarian I was more than happy. The staff treat each guest with care remembering little thing that make your stay very comfortable. The hotel is based within easy walking distance of the centre of Sandown and the glorious coastline. Highly recommend if you want somewhere homely and away from the centre of Sandown. Great base for a holiday.
