I dont know if this even deserves one star absolutely horrible hotel, the hotel smells disgusting. Hotel rooms small and not clean, I had to check out one day early because it was not a place where you should take your wife and children. The only good thing was the man gave me a refund for basically making me leave the hotel early because of the horrible rooms. I dont recommend this hotel at all, I would not wast my holiday in this hotel

Came over with my three children alone ferry and two busses with pushchair and luggage. John phoned to ask what time we would be checking in and offered to pick us up. He also switched us to a downstairs room to make things easier for us. Breakfast was nice. Only down side for me was I felt like I had to try to be and keep the kids quiet from early eve so put me on edge a bit. Also the curtains were not long enough to close. Great location. Could do with being done up.

My 2 friends booked a "3 person room" but we were put in a tiny room that looked like it was meant for 1 person only. The door to the bathroom didn't have a lock and was a sliding door which meant we could see into it at the right angle. We also found hairs in the food on multiple nights, as well as the food sometimes being barely cooked.
