        When booking this hotel I was told that there was no pre payment needed and that you pay at the hotel. I received a phone call from the hotel having a go at me as I havent payed yet. I explained that I was told I can pay at the hotel, hover the man kept arguing down the phone to me and being very rude. I havent even stayed there yet, I will be this weekend so I shall update this review with how everything goes. So far very not happy with the way I was treated and was given false information.

        Excellent guest house, close to the centre of Sandown, and a short walk from the rail station, on bus route 8, stops 1 Min walk away, ignore the dated negative reviews. It is significantly cheaper than nearby establishments, and is no frills, but is clean, comfortable and well maintained.

        Well for starters it's not a hotel with 4 stars. It's actually a guest house with little to no help. No shampoo etc in the bathroom. No parking other than on the street. Extremely limited . And you share the place with the owners. The only plus point ws it was 2 beds
