        Hotel was nice for 3/5 days of my stay. They were helpful for 3 days from start. Single room was quite small. Staff needed to relocate me to double room. The breakfast was amazing. Room was attended to daily. The let downs,the back yard was out of bounds,had to wait 15minutes for the shower to warm up,the last full day or so,I got the impression I wasn't welcome,no smiles,chit chat or help The location to shops,buses,rail is okay. Shanklin is a lovely place, awesome walks on backstreets,woods,and plenty of historical places to walk by. Am returning to shanklin in a few months but not staying at roseglen,ever.
