After quite a few hours travel I finally arrived at the Premier Inn around 23:00. The lady at check in was friendly, professional and got me sorted very quickly - even asked if I wanted to book a breakfast! Room was clean and tidy, and then went out to ask for a iron & board the gentleman asked what room I was in and brought it to me - excellent friendly service and all so late at night!
