The Burlington Hotel

Rooms: Awful Food & drinks: Terrible. The breakfast was good but the evening meal left a lot to be desired. We ate out on the last evening and so did other guests at the hotel

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay but unfortunately didn't receive our breakfast on our departing morning,and we think we should receive compensation thank you. Plus we don't know how we were staying there, as did others. We were supposed to be staying at the Broadway Hotel on the high-speed ,so we definitely want compensation from whoever was to blame.

Witnessed a member of staff from this hotel in uniform attacking people... The girl in question didn't care that she was wearing her uniform whilst punching people and bullying children ... On this basis alone I would recommend people not to go there.. Sandown is a dead town also and the location has nothing other than the beach... The member of staff from this hotel was smoking cannabis and intoxicated whilst attacking people... she was not on the premises of the hotel when this incident happened however was wearing her uniform...

I booked a group of 24 from our social club into the Burlington in early April for 5 day break The hotel is excellent, with a public areas well furnished and clean comfortable bedrooms. Variety and choice of food very good and first class entertainment nightly. Sarah the joint owner and the staff were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Overall excellent value for the money, will definitely book there again. I am puzzled at some comments posted, not sure what people expect for their money, obviously the Ritz Keep up the good work Sarah, you all doing a great job, you should be proud of your hotel
