Rowborough Hotel

The hosts Michelle & Caroline were exceptional in their hospitality. Felt more like visiting friends rather than staying at a hotel. Very clean, well maintained accomodation. Front communal conservatory is a very well furnished, bright & and excellent place to lounge around. Breakfast was served with great care, love & attention to detail. No ask was too much for them. Excellent level of hygiene maintained throughout the premises & every aspect of service. Would definitely recommend this place. In fact, most of the other guests were regulars who come year on year!

Staffs are friendly. Although the sea gulls are very talkative,the accommodation is tidy and comfortable. It also equippes with a roadside car park which adds more convenient. Breakfast are tasty. If you feel wifi is not that stable, using laptop as a hotspot will improve the experience. Nearby the coastal path, you can find lots of options to explore this island as well.

My husband and I have just returned from a short break at The Rowborough, and plan to return. Michelle and Caroline are excellent hosts. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts and evening meals are delicious. This is a real gem of a hotel, very reasonably priced and within easy distance of Shanklin town centre and seafront. What more can we say, but thank you Michelle and Caroline for looking after us, and making us feel so welcome.
