My experience with Abbotts has been excellent from start to finish. A very nice business to deal with and with a really pleasant team of people. Occasionally in life things do not quite go to plan, it is on those occasions that you need careful handling and helpful solutions. We did have one minor issue, it was handled with professionalism and courtesy. Any business can shine when all goes to plan, it is the rare business that handles the difficult well. I have only the highest regard for Abbotts, you will not find better and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Service: Carpet installation

Another wonderful job by Abbotts Flooring. I have worked closely with Darren and his team for a number of years now and when my customers ask for a flooring company there is no one else I consider. Perfect customer service from start to finish.

I knew from the moment that Sophie- daughter of owners Sam and Darren- said, in response to my enquiry about samples "Why don't you just take the both our sample books home with you?" that I would be asking them and not Carpet Right, to carpet our house. A family run business that provides great value, sound advice and knows what service is about. Could not recommend highly enough. Service: Carpet installation
