I was taught by Clive Lawson and his teaching helped me pass the first I took my driving test here! He was very patient, understanding and explained everything I needed to know in a way that worked best for me.

Having been through two previous instructors with no success, I was hoping third time would be a charm - and I was right! Darren Willett was highly recommended multiple times through my post on Facebook and with my theory test expiring shortly, Darren wasted no time getting me booked in for lessons. Darren is friendly, calm and patient, never losing his temper or making you feel silly when you make a mistake. He consistently made sure to explain things in a coherent manner and increase the intensity of the lessons gradually, so I never felt out of my depth. Darren went above and beyond to secure me a last minute practical test, the day before my theory expired. He really cares about the success and progression of his students and thanks to him, I passed first time with only 4 minors. I never wouldve thought this possible, which only compliments his ability as an instructor. While I was happy to pass, I couldnt help feeling a little disappointed at the fact I would no longer be going out for my weekly driving lessons with him as he really made the whole experience enjoyable, where I had previously found it stressful. I have already recommend Darren to my younger sister and do recommend him to anybody else looking to boost their confidence with a highly experienced and kind instructor. I had Clive Lawson as an instructor and I highly recommend him for anyone starting their journey with driving. Clive was so calm and understanding and taught me everything I needed to know with great efficiency.
