        Phoned to ask for help with a window that wouldnt shut properly, left details and was pleasantly surprised by a visit an hour or so later and the problem resolved on the spot! Speedy and efficient service and very reasonably priced.

        Not great, had two sets of windows sliders fitted to stop the windows swinging open. Neither works very well. One window is now very difficult to shut. Wouldn't recommend.

        Just spent two days with the team from Window Surgeon in what is, a complicated, victorian building to fit and what a cracking team they are! The finish is exceptional. They sorted out issues as they arose and their knowledge and expertise has left me with clean lines and beautiful fitting windows and door. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

        asked for a cat flap to be put in and he even took the flap with him and on his return he had put it in the wrong height so he redid it and I thought he would use a new complete piece but what he did was glue it together ... not a happy bunny it looked awful
