        Small local branch - and much appreciated as such - extremely helpful and pleasant staff, and everything you need for savings, transfers, and so on. One cash machine outside, and another inside with cheque deposit facility etc.

        This branch is invaluable as one of only 2 banks still left in Shanklin. Seems to have a very low staff turnover as always the same friendly faces and excellent service. Cannot fault them as never had a problem having had accounts here for many years.
