        We had stayed at The Ryedale a couple of times before, but this was our first visit back for about 4 years. When we walked in the door it was like coming home! Such a warm welcome from John and Hayley. Our room had been recently re-vamped and it was tastefully decorated. The Ryedale is immaculately clean and fresh. The rooms have everything you need including a refreshment tray, toiletries in the bathroom, a hairdryer.......and a little pot of chocolate eggs! The breakfast was delicious as ever. I love the fresh fruit salad.......it must take ages to chop all the fruit each day. The Sausages and Bacon are top quality. John and Hayley are so accommodating and we were able to check in a bit early and leave our bags until late on the day we came home. We look forward to returning to The Ryedale again really soon. Love it!! Just one minor complaint.......we need a larger jar of chocolate eggs! Lol. ;-)

        My family have been staying at the Ryedale for years and we always have an excellent time. The owners are lovely people, always warm and friendly. Super clean spotless rooms, great decor, relaxing welcoming atmosphere. Very accommodating to vegans with delicious breakfast options and vegan chocolate treats in our rooms. Highly recommended!
