Redwalls Nursing Home

I have a friend that has been a resident at Redwalls for quite sometime. I have always found her to be comfortable and content. The care she has had and will continue to receive is amazing. I have witnessed the thoughtfulness of the staff who always have her best interest.

The staff at Redwalls provide the highest levels of care and pride themselves on delivering a first-class service to all residents and their loved ones. I had the pleasure of managing the home for 18 months and I am proud of the team and cannot emphasise enough how supportive and caring they are. This is embedded in all staff teams and departments. I have now transferred within the Company but know that the caring philosophy within the home will continue.

The love and care my stepfather receives is amazing. He is really looked after and cared for. The staff are committed and really care about their residents. The environment is welcoming, bright and clean. I would highly recommend Redwalls. You will be surprise their service by simply checking the genuine customers reviews published on Carehome.co.uk website. So sad to see some of the misleading reviews published here. They are really great bunch of people.
