ROB needs some service training.
1. No smile - he actually scowled at me when I came in (only 2 of customers in the shop)
2. I had to correct him going for the wrong bacon (he hadn't listened to what I wanted)
3. He is generally unwelcoming and unhelpful - all the other staff are excellent on both counts
Suggest, if you want to keep him that he stays away from customers. He was rude to the lady ahead of me.
All your other staff are lovely. Rob is a blight.
