Busy convenience store with papers

Nice shop, useless for parcel services. They have lost a parcel historically due to incompetence and inability to use the systems. Today I was told cant do UPS until 1pm as I dont want to put the app on my phone, can you come back. Not exactly convenient for the customer. Dont offer a service if you arent going to actually willing to serve customers. Still waiting for my parcel

Great little shop, much prefer to shop here for bits and bobs rather than the spar around the corner

We was held up in the queue yesterday at about 1530 for about 10 minutes whilst the cashier was chatting away with a customer and didnt seem bothered that the queue was builting up, talking about irrelevant stuff. Also the customer behind me seemed frustrated with the delay too. No apology given and I felt like the cashier could have handled the conversation elsewhere. Very slow service due to chit chat! Inconsiderate for other customers! I feel the cashier could do with extra training with her time keeping around the waiting customers.
