The shop floor is always inaccessible with stock piled up so you cant get to what you need anyway.
Im so angry after this, theres no need for the rudeness.
Ive actually queued outside this post office on a freezing cold day with a number of elderly people. Its not like its a small shop either so I dont see the reason for this, plus regulations regarding Covid have been relaxed. Sadly some people are still using it for a power trip!!
