Brian is an excellent instructor and explains each move in fine detail. Learning the sequences will come easily under his supervision. Although I practice Hatha Yoga every day, Tai Chi gives a whole new way, for me, of using my joints, facia and muscles. I shall practice this for good.

I was completely new to Tai Chi and have now attended Brian's classes three times. I am finding Tai Chi a completely different form of exercise to my usual type but feel it will add to my long term flexibility, especially since I have a slight problem with my knees and keeping them moving is obviously good for me. Brian is a patient teacher and his classes are interesting and challenging. Brain training as well as body.
